2026–27 lift prices and planned dates
Niseko United
Niseko United’s official 2026–27 schedule lists planned opening on November 28, 2026 for Annupuri, Niseko Village, Grand Hirafu and Hanazono. Annupuri and Grand Hirafu list May 5, 2027 as their planned final day; Village lists April 4 and Hanazono April 11. Opening days and hours can change with conditions. The adult one-day all-mountain pass is listed at ¥13,500 for peak season (December 24, 2026–February 28, 2027) and ¥12,600 for the listed regular-season periods. Hakuba Valley
Hakuba Valley lists a ¥11,100 adult one-day all-mountain pass for the 2026–27 season and ¥6,400 for children. The pass covers the ten named resorts in its ticket guide and includes the Hakuba Valley shuttle on days when you ski or snowboard; it excludes night skiing and the night shuttle. Nozawa Onsen
We have not listed a 2026–27 Nozawa day-pass price here because a current season price was not confirmed in our source check. Use the Nozawa Onsen Snow Resort website to check the season’s opening notice, ticket rules and operating lifts before booking. A lower headline price elsewhere should not be assumed to refer to the coming winter.
Access and where to stay
Niseko: Plan your route from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo to your specific Niseko base, then check the current winter bus or rail timetable. Niseko United’s access page explains the options. Decide whether you want to stay near the lifts in Hirafu, Annupuri, Hanazono or Village before choosing transport.
Hakuba: You can combine a Tokyo stay with a Nagano-area ski trip, but there is still an onward transfer to your lodging. A ten-resort pass is most useful when you are actually willing to move around the valley. Confirm the shuttle timetable and stop for your hotel. If you only have one ski day, staying near the mountain you want to ski can be simpler.
Nozawa Onsen: The Nozawa Onsen Liner connects Iiyama Station and the village; confirm the current bus timetable and luggage policy with the operator. Which resort should you book?
Pick Niseko for a Hokkaido ski-focused holiday with access to four named areas, accepting the extra journey from the Tokyo corridor. Pick Hakuba if trying different slopes over several days is the draw. Pick Nozawa Onsen if evenings in an established onsen village matter as much as your ski days. For all three, reserve accommodation and lessons early for peak periods, then keep transport and lift plans flexible enough for weather.
