A Studio Pass is your park-admission ticket for the date and ticket type you select. Read the Klook package name closely: a one-day Studio Pass and a multi-day or bundled option are different purchases. A standard Studio Pass is not an Express Pass and does not by itself remove regular ride queues.

Do not assume it does. USJ may require an Area Timed Entry Ticket or Standby Entry Ticket for SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, depending on crowd conditions. Some specifically named packages may include an area-entry arrangement; check the exact Klook package you select. Otherwise, follow the current official USJ app and park instructions after ticket purchase and on the day of your visit.
